About This Scholarship:
The Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF) is offering PEEF Scholarships 2021 having special quota scholarships for Intermediate and Graduation level studies. The Students who passed matriculation or intermediate exams in 2020 and belong to one of the following categories can also eligible apply for PEEF Special quota scholarship 2020
- Orphans
- Children of government servants in BPS 1 – 4
- minority religion children
- disable students
- Children of Civilians martyred in Terrorist Attacks

Eligibility Criteria:
A) PEEF Scholarships 2021 Eligibility Criteria For Secondary Level
The students must have:
- Passed Punjab Examination Commission’s (PEC) held Grade VIII annual examination in annual (OR).
- Passed Grade VIII examination conducted by the Directorate of Special Education, Lahore.
- Secured at least 60% marks in the above-mentioned examination.
- Secured admission in a regular educational institution as a full-time student in the same year of passing the examination(s).
- The declared monthly income of parents (from all sources) is equal to or less than PKR. 23,000/-
- For Special Quota Scholarships, the student must fall in at least one of the S.Q categories:
I) Orphan Student
II) Children of government employees of BPS 1-4
III) Children belonging to a minority religion
IV) Special Children (Disabled)
V)The Children civilians martyred in terrorist’s attacks - Not availing any other educational scholarship during the current academic year
Note:
- The children of government servants in BPS 1 – 4 are exempted from income limit criteria if the salary is the only source of income.
- Children of civilians martyred in terrorist attacks are also exempted from the monthly income limit of Rs. 23,000/- For Secondary Level
- Marks improvers or students who have passed the examination in supplementary session are not eligible.
B) PEEF Scholarships 2021 Eligibility Criteria For Intermediate and Graduation Level
The students must have:
- Passed Matriculation and Intermediate annual examination held by Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Punjab or Federal Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (FBISE), Islamabad in annual.
- Only students of Federal Government Institutions and Federal Private affiliated institutions situated within geographical boundaries of Punjab are eligible.
- The declared monthly income of parents (from all sources) is equal to or less than PKR. 23,000/-.
- For Special Quota Scholarships, the student must fall in at least one of the S.Q categories.
I) Orphan Student
II) Children of government employees of BPS 1-4
III) Children belonging to a minority religion
IV) Special Children (Disabled) - Not availing any other educational scholarship during the respective current academic year.
- Secured admission in a regular educational institution as a full-time student in the same year as of passing the examination.
Note:
- The Children of government servants in BPS 1 – 4 are exempted from income limit criteria if the salary is the only source of income
- Children of civilians martyred in terrorist attacks are also exempted from the monthly income limit of Rs. 23,000/- for Intermediate & Graduation
Marks improvers or students who have passed the examination in supplementary session are not eligible
C) PEEF Scholarships 2021 Eligibility Criteria For Master’s Level
These Scholarships is awarded to students fulfilling the criteria given below:
- Students having Punjab domicile
- Secured at least 60% marks or a minimum CGPA of 2.5 in BA/BSc/BCom/BS/BBA etc. in the annual examination held in the last three years from Punjab.
- Secured admission as a full-time student in the current academic / Degree year (2020-21) in one of the partner University
- Students enrolled in spring/fall sessions and morning/ afternoon/ evening sessions (where applicable) are also eligible to apply for PEEF Master’s scholarships.
- Declared monthly income of parents (from all sources) is equal to or less than Rs.37, 000/-
- Children of Government employees in BPS 1-4 are exempted from the condition of income if the salary is the only source of income
- Children of civilians martyred in terrorist attacks are also exempted from the monthly income limit of Rs. 37,000/- for Masters level education
- The children of civilians martyred in terrorist attacks are also exempted from the monthly income limit
- The prospective student, besides fulfilling PEEF eligibility criteria, must qualify the merit and need criteria of the respective University/ Degree Awarding Institution
Note:
- Following students are not eligible for the PEEF Masters level Scholarship:
- Students who have already passed/possessed MA / MSc / MS / MPhil etc. degree.
- Marks improvers or students who have passed the examination in a supplementary session.
- Students who have passed the aforementioned examination with grace marks (*).
